Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ's School of Professional Studies (SPS) provides programs for non-traditional, adult learners and helps them to achieve their academic and professional goals.

The Office of Student Financial Assistance manages the distribution of financial aid to students and helps families make a Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University education affordable.

The Office of Transfer Credit guides students through the process of receiving credit for courses taken outside of Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University.

Academic Resources

The Academic Senate shares with the president "the immediate responsibility for academic governing of the University by establishing, maintaining, supervising, and in general being responsible for the academic policies of the University" (Bylaws II, 6).

The Center for Academic and Career Success provides students guidance, resources and support for academic and career success. 

Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Press is the publishing division of Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ.

The University Honors Program offers a challenging and inspiring liberal arts program to motivated students with outstanding academic promise.

The Office of Global Strategies is committed to internationalizing the campus community through academic and extracurricular endeavors.

 The Office of Graduate Studies manages the academic offerings available to graduate students.

The University Libraries at the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University of America support and enrich instructional, research, and service programs.

The Office of the Provost supports the Provost, who is the chief academic officer at the University. This office oversees our 12 schools, our libraries, our Global Education Center and our Rome campus, CUA Press and our several research institutes.

The Summer Sessions office manages the summer courses and summer programs available at Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University. 

Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University’s Tucson Program provides an opportunity for high school graduates living in southern Arizona to earn a four-year business management degree from Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University, right from our campus in Tucson. 

The Office of Undergraduate Studies manages the academic offerings available to undergraduate students.

The Writing Center offers one-on-one consultations with student writers of all levels, at all stages of the writing process.

Campus & Residence Life

The athletics department manages all things CatholicU varsity sports.

The Office of Campus Activities organizes events and manages the many student organizations that enrich campus life.

Campus Ministry fosters faith and service on campus. This includes organizing liturgies, providing faith-based events, and coordinating weekly service opportunities.

Cardinal Card Services replace, activate, and manage Cardinal Cards, the official identification card for Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University community members.

The Counseling Center provides individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric consultation, and services for mental health crises. 

Dining Services manages Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University’s dining locations as well as meal plans for students.

The Dean of Students office provides students support with academic, personal, or social issues. It also discusses and answers questions about university policies, procedures, and services.

The Department of Public Safety is Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University’s campus police department. DPS is oriented towards the service, protection and education of the University community.

The Office of Disability Support Services helps students with disabilities have an equal opportunity to participate in the educational environment and university community.

The Fitness, Recreational Sports, and Wellness department provides opportunities for students to engage in healthy physical activity and live an active and balanced lifestyle.

GSA is the representative voice of graduate students at the university. They also sponsor various graduate student events throughout the year.

The Office of Housing Services provides and manages residential living environments for Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University students.

The Office of International Services promotes international educational exchange within the University and provides services to international students and academics.

The Office of Military and Veteran Student Services is the point of contact for all Military Affiliated Students. 

The Orientation program facilitates the successful transition of new undergraduate students into life at Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University. All freshman undergraduate students partake in this program the week before classes begin.

The campus post office is where students, faculty, and staff can send and receive mail. All student mail, including packages, arrives at the Post Office.

The Residence Life office works to create a positive residential experience for students.

The Division of Student Affairs coordinates all aspects of student life beyond the classroom at Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University.

SGA provides student-led governance for student activities and gives students a voice in the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University administration. 

Student Health Services provides primary care for routine medical illnesses and injuries for Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University students.

Technology Services provides the University access to state-of-the-art computing, communications, and information resources. 

Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.

Administrative Offices

The responsibility for governance and oversight of the operations of the University resides in the University’s Board of Trustees.

The Office of Emergency Management coordinates emergency planning and management operations for the University. This includes the development and implementation of emergency preparedness programs and equipping the campus community to respond effectively to emergencies.

Enrollment Services assists with course registration, student records, bill payments, and other questions about enrollment.

The Office of Events and Conference Services manages the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center and provides event planning support for internal and external clients.

Facilities Planning and Management is responsible for the stewardship of the University’s places and spaces.

The Division of Finance and Administration stewards the University’s human, fiscal, physical and virtual resources.

The Office of General Counsel is responsible for all legal affairs affecting the University. 

The Office of Government Relations and Civic Engagement (GRACE) is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà University’s surrounding communities, governmental entities, and private and nonprofit organizations.
